Football Recap: Largo Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Largo can now relate to. They were dealt a 35-7 defeat at the hands of the West Boca Raton Bulls on Friday. The matchup was a 7-7 toss-up at halftime, but the Packers couldn't quite close it out.

Largo didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Jaylan Erby, Kamarion Matthews, and Anthony Harris picked up one apiece. Erby also set a new season-high mark in total tackles with 15. Matthews got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Javian Mallory continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for West Boca Raton, rushing for 56 yards and two touchdowns.

Largo's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for West Boca Raton, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2.

Largo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Boca Raton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against East Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulls will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games.
