Baseball Recap: East Falls to Whetstone in First Game of Season

East had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Whetstone Braves, falling 12-0. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

The victory made it two in a row for Whetstone and bumps their season record up to 3-0-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as East Tigers challenge Beechcroft Cougars at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Whetstone, they will face off against Centennial at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
