Volleyball Game Preview: Fort Bragg Timberwolves vs. Clear Lake Cardinals + How To Watch

The Fort Bragg Timberwolves will face off against the Clear Lake Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fort Bragg will be strutting in after a win while Clear Lake will be coming in after a defeat.

While Fort Bragg's victory against Lower Lake wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Timberwolves had just enough and edged out the Trojans 3-2 on Tuesday.

Fort Bragg took Lower Lake into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-22, 19-25, 16-25, 15-10.

Meanwhile, Clear Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Upper Lake.

Clear Lake was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-22, 25-21.

Clear Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Fort Bragg, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 10-8.

Fort Bragg took their victory against Clear Lake in their previous matchup back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Timberwolves have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cardinals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
