Baseball Game Preview: Colo-NESCO Royals vs. Riceville Wildcats

Colo-NESCO is 7-2 against Riceville since June of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Royals will look to defend their home field against the Wildcats at 12:00 p.m. Colo-NESCO has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the contest with four straight losses, while Riceville will come in with three straight victories.

Colo-NESCO had taken Clarksville down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Monday. The Royals took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians.

Meanwhile, Riceville was able to grind out a solid win over BCLUW on Monday, taking the game 8-4.

Colo-NESCO's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Riceville, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.

Colo-NESCO might still be hurting after the 15-1 loss they got from Riceville in their previous matchup back in June of 2025. Can the Royals avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
