Soccer Recap: Heide Trask Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Heide Trask was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Southwest Onslow Stallions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Southwest Onslow this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-1 on October 6th.

Heide Trask's loss dropped their record down to 4-12-2. As for Southwest Onslow, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 4-12 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Heide Trask will venture away from home to take on Clinton at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Heide Trask's defense better be ready for this one: Clinton have averaged an impressive 3.5 goals per game this season. As for Southwest Onslow, they will head out on the road to face off against South Lenoir at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
