Baseball Recap: Timberlake Takes a Loss

Timberlake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-4 to the Kremlin-Hillsdale Broncs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Broncs this season, with their most recent loss being a 4-1 defeat two weeks ago.

Sadler Greb made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Timberlake's loss dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Kremlin-Hillsdale, their victory bumped their record up to 17-3.

Coming up, Timberlake will take on Pioneer-Pleasant Vale at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Kremlin-Hillsdale, they will face off against Fairview at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. The Broncs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Yellowjackets have averaged an impressive 6.8 runs per game this season.
