Volleyball Recap: Calhan Comes Up Short

Calhan lost against Custer County back in October and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bobcats. Considering the last time the Bulldogs couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

Aubrie Waugh paced Calhan's offense, picking up eight kills. Waugh really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with eight. Kenidee Stewart controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Calhan now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Custer County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-8.

As of now, neither Calhan nor the Bobcats have any future games scheduled.
