Football Game Preview: Dupree Tigers vs. Lemmon/McIntosh Cowboys

Dupree hasn't had much luck against Lemmon/McIntosh recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Tigers will head out on the road to face off against the Cowboys at 6:00 p.m. Dupree has given up an average of 29.5 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lemmon/McIntosh will be up against a hot Dupree squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. The Tigers walked away with a 52-42 win over Harding County/Bison on Friday.

Meanwhile, Lemmon/McIntosh scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They received a blow as they fell 46-28 to Timber Lake.

Lemmon/McIntosh's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Dupree, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Everything came up roses for Dupree against Lemmon/McIntosh when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 38-6 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
