Softball Recap: Western Reserve Roughriders vs. New London Wildcats

Western Reserve extended their losing streak to eight on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 2-10 in the process. They lost 13-2 to the New London Wildcats. Western Reserve saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eliza Stewart, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

As for New London, their record now sits at 11-5. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won seven matches by eight runs or more so far this season.

On New London's side, Addison Yetter made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched.
