Northwest is 8-2 against Hastings since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Northwest Mounties will host the Hastings Saxons at 7:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Northwest and seven for Hastings.

Meanwhile, Hastings scored the most points they've had this season on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough. The match between them and Pennfield didn't end well, with Hastings falling 73-55.

Northwest's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Hastings, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.

Northwest didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Hastings when the teams last played back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 47-42 victory. Will Northwest repeat their success, or does Hastings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
