Volleyball Recap: Elida Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Elida and Logan squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Elida had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Longhorns by a score of 3-2. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Longhorns earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Joyce Salvador/Jones had a dynamite game For Logan., getting ten digs and three aces. Those ten digs gave Salvador/Jones a new career-high.

With the defeat, Elida broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 21-4. As for Logan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 17 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season.

Elida didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Gateway Christian on the 14th. As for Logan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Quemado on the 15th.
