Basketball Recap: Livermore Takes a Loss

Livermore has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 50-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Foothill Falcons on Friday. The Cowboys were not able to make up for their loss to the Falcons from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Livermore's record is now 14-8. As for Foothill, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 12-10.

Livermore and Foothill could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Livermore will take on California at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday down 218 places (255 vs. 37). Meanwhile, Foothill (ranked 382nd) will meet De La Salle (ranked 16th) at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
