Basketball Recap: Platte Canyon Huskies vs. Arrupe Jesuit Generals

Platte Canyon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 36-30 heartbreaker at the hands of the Arrupe Jesuit Generals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Huskies of the 30-19 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Despite the defeat, Platte Canyon saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Abigail Tomasko shot 4-for-7 from deep and dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten boards.
