Milano was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 71-55 to the Caldwell Hornets. One positive for the Eagles, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Milano's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Caldwell, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-4.

It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Milano Eagles face off against the Snook Bluejays at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Caldwell, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, an 81-64 defeat against O'Connell on the 7th.
