Baseball Game Preview: Druid Hills Red Devils vs. Marist War Eagles

For the second straight game, Druid Hills will face off against Marist. The Red Devils will be playing in front of their home fans against the War Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Druid Hills is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.

On Wednesday, Druid Hills came up short against Marist and fell 7-3.

Druid Hills saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Brown, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

The win made it two in a row for Marist and bumps their season record up to 15-12. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Druid Hills, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-14.
