Football Recap: Camdenton Takes a Loss

Camdenton was the 38-21 winner over Hickman when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lakers came up short against the Kewpies on Friday, falling 63-37. The Lakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Camdenton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Hickman, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Camdenton will face off against Capital City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hickman, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rock Bridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bruins' defense has only allowed 13.3 points per game this season, so the Kewpies' offense will have their work cut out for them.
