Tompkins won the last time they faced Morton Ranch and Ethan Meadows did his part to make sure it happened again. The Falcons blew past the Mavericks 51-2 on Thursday thanks in part to Meadows, who rushed for 208 yards and five scores while picking up 12.2 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 120.6 rushing yards per game.

Jp Vaclavik was another key player, throwing for 158 yards and one touchdown while completing 83.3% of his passes. His passing game has become a key predictor of Tompkins' success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 110 or higher, but only 0-3 otherwise.

Tompkins' defense made their presence known, laying out Thaddeous Williams three times. In fact, those sacks all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Maddox Bou. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one sack the last three times he's played.

The win got Tompkins back to even at 3-3. As for Morton Ranch, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Tompkins wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 35-28 defeat against Cinco Ranch on the 17th. As for Morton Ranch, they have also already played their next matchup, a 47-16 loss against Mayde Creek on the 17th.
