Denver South won the last time they faced Evergreen and things went their way on Thursday too. The Ravens snuck past the Cougars with a 58-54 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Ravens.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Denver South to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ka'niya Anderson, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 11 boards. What's more, Anderson also posted a 73% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in January. Alex Gehring was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Ryn Gardner and Elle Buenning certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Gardner almost dropped a double-double with 18 points and nine rebounds, while Buenning dropped a double-double with 23 points and 11 boards. The matchup was Buenning's sixth in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Avery Coppin, who posted nine points and six rebounds.

Denver South's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
