Softball Recap: Nine Straight Home Victories for Saint Ignatius College Prep

Saint Ignatius College Prep had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Trinity on Tuesday. The Wolfpack blew past the Blazers 11-1. The Wolfpack might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by ten runs or more this season.

Sophia Fredericks was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one triple. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April of 2024. Clare Barnickol was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base.

Saint Ignatius College Prep was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .480. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
