Soccer Game Preview: Eatonville vs. Clover Park

Eatonville is 0-7 against Clover Park since March of 2017 but things could change on Tuesday. The Cruisers will head out on the road to square off against the Timberwolves at 7:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Eatonville is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Friday. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of Steilacoom.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Clover Park, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They skirted past Fife 1-0. Jose Lopez had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Clover Park.

Eatonville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-2. As for Clover Park, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3-2.

Eatonville might still be hurting after the 6-0 loss they got from Clover Park when the teams last played back in March. Can the Cruisers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
