Pine View is 0-10 against Hurricane since April of 2022 but things could change on Tuesday. The Panthers will face off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Pine View has given up an average of 12.4 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Pine View came up short against Beaver on Monday, falling 15-9.

Kylie Carpenter and Genevieve Evans did some serious damage despite the final result: Carpenter went 4-for-5 with five RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base, while Evans got on base in four of her five plate appearances with four runs, one stolen base, and one double. Carpenter has been hot recently, having posted three or more RBI the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Sarah Seegmiller, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
Meanwhile, Hurricane lost 16-6 to Snow Canyon on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Tigers have suffered against the Warriors since March 27, 2023.
Ruby Seely was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Nala Alton also deserves some recognition as she launched her first home run of the season.
Hurricane's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Pine View, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-13.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Tuesday. Pine View hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.6 home runs per game. However, it's not like Hurricane struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 0.9 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
Pine View suffered a grim 14-3 defeat to Hurricane in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. Can the Panthers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
