Somerset College Prep Academy had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 57-23 victory over the Master's Academy Patriots. The win continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now won seven in a row.

Somerset College Prep Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Lenz Constant out in front who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 15 boards. Those 15 points gave Constant a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Alain Nunez, who posted 13 points in addition to six rebounds and five assists.

Somerset College Prep Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in four consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Master's Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Jonah Harlan and Clyde Morisset. Harlan had nine points, while Morisset earned three points.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Somerset College Prep Academy will head out to challenge John Carroll Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Master's Academy, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Legacy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
