She has been hot, having posted four or more steals the last seven times she's played. Alaina Thomas was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Vanlue's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Hardin Northern, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Vanlue has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 23 boards per game. However, it's not like Hardin Northern struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 24.3 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.

Vanlue skirted past Hardin Northern 28-26 in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
