Meanwhile, Cape Fear came tearing into Friday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They breezed past the Rams to the tune of 44-8. The Colts' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Cape Fear's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Gray's Creek, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
