It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Liberty had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They blew past the Eagle Mountain Knights 15-5. The Patriots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 18 matchups by six runs or more this season.

The victory (which was Liberty's eighth in a row) raised their record to 29-9. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Eagle Mountain, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-14.

As of now, neither Liberty nor the Knights have any future games scheduled.
