Matthew McKinley put up the most hits he's had since back in February on Wednesday. He went 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Jackson Academy back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.

McKinley's strong effort led Jackson Prep over Jackson Academy and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Patriots are 8-2 against the Raiders going back to April of 2023, a lead they'll look to extend.
