Soccer Game Preview: Newsome vs. Bloomingdale

The Newsome Wolves will head out to challenge the Bloomingdale Bulls at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Newsome's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. Everything went their way against Morgan as they made off with an 8-0 win. Newsome's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matches.

Meanwhile, Bloomingdale put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their undefeated season alive. They put the hurt on Sumner with a sharp 3-0 victory. The score was close at halftime, but Bloomingdale pulled away in the second half with two goals.

They hit Sumner with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from OMAR RAMAHI, JONAH LEUNG, and ERIK HERCZEG.

Newsome's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Bloomingdale, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0-2.

Newsome beat Bloomingdale by a goal when the teams last played back in November of 2024, winning 1-0. Do Wolves have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulls turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
