Basketball Game Preview: Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS vs. Jefferson Grizzlies

The Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS will challenge the Jefferson Grizzlies at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Monday, Hillsdale was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 46-40 to Foothill. The game marked the FIGHTING KNIGHTS's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Jefferson unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of El Camino by a score of 45-43.

Hillsdale's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Jefferson, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-3.

Hillsdale came up short against Jefferson in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, falling 54-48. Can Hillsdale avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
