Soccer Recap: Cottonwood Gets the Win

Cottonwood won the last time they faced Park City and things went their way on Wednesday too. Cottonwood came out on top in a nail-biter against Park City, sneaking past 3-2.

Rogelio Hernandez and Jimmy Alfani scored all three of Cottonwood's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Cottonwood's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Park City, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Cottonwood wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 4-0 loss against Taylorsville on the 14th. As for Park City, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Tooele on the 21st.
