Basketball Game Preview: Hudson Tigers vs. Onsted Wildcats + How To Watch

Hudson hasn't had much luck against Onsted recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Tigers will face off against the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. This will be Hudson's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.

On Friday, Hudson was fully in charge, breezing past Sand Creek 72-45. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Tigers had established a 22-point advantage.

Hudson relied on the efforts of Carter Kirkland, who posted 15 points, and Qwaden Wallace, who earned 16 points.

Meanwhile, Onsted earned a 52-43 win over Quincy on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Onsted's win came from a few key players Hudson will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Cole Wells, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 11 boards. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in three-point shooting accuracy (33%). Mason Chesser was another key player, putting up ten points and four steals.

Onsted's record now sits at 2-0. As for Hudson, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Hudson couldn't quite get it done against Onsted in their previous matchup back in February as they fell 50-37. Can the Tigers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
