Northwest won the last time they faced Beatrice and things went their way on Saturday too. The Vikings came out on top against the Orangemen by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Northwest easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-16.

Ava Janulewicz paced Northwest's offense, picking up 11 kills. Janulewicz got some help from Kenna Bowman and her 17 assists.

Northwest's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Beatrice, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Northwest wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Aurora on the 6th. As for Beatrice, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Superior on the 6th.
