Beavercreek waltzed into their match on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Their defense stepped up to hand the Lebanon Warriors a 1-0 shutout. Given Beavercreek's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 14th, while Lebanon are ranked 335th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Beavercreek's one-goal win came courtesy of Jarrett Davis, which was the first he's scored this season.

Beavercreek's victory bumped their record up to 13-1-2. As for Lebanon, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-15-1.
