Lake-Lehman took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Western Wayne Wildcats as they made off with a 3-0 win. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.
Lake-Lehman walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-19, 25-17.
Western Wayne is on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
Looking ahead, Lake-Lehman will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Williamsport at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Western Wayne, they will take on Mid Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
