Basketball Game Preview: Lincoln Christian Crusaders vs. Elmwood-Murdock Knights

The Lincoln Christian Crusaders will square off against the Elmwood-Murdock Knights at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

After dropping their season opener at home, Elmwood-Murdock is headed out to face a Crusaders team ready to give their home crowd a win. Lincoln Christian lost 59-33 to Johnson-Brock on Thursday. The Crusaders have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Elmwood-Murdock lost to Yutan at home by a 60-42 margin on Thursday. The Knights were down 50-27 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Lincoln Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Elmwood-Murdock in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 60-55 victory.
