Soccer Game Preview: Bay vs. Berkshire

The Bay Rockets will take on the Berkshire Badgers in a tournament on Saturday.

Bay is headed into the contest having not lost since September 20 and will look to keep things rolling. Their defense stepped up to hand Keystone a 7-0 shutout on Monday. The result was nothing new for Bay, who have now won nine matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Berkshire was forced to settle for a draw. They and Independence finished up their match with a 1-1 draw on Thursday.

Berkshire's goal came courtesy of Roman Percic, who's now up to 18 this season.

Bay is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-2-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those seven matchups. Berkshire's draw makes their record 7-9-1 this season.
