After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Southeast, Lingle-Fort Laramie was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Niobrara County Tigers by a score of 3-1. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-0 victory back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 19-25, 25-16, 25-17.

Skyla Wunder paced Lingle-Fort Laramie's offense, picking up eight kills. Wunder really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 18. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Lingle-Fort Laramie's victory bumped their record up to 16-11. As for Niobrara County, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Lingle-Fort Laramie and Midwest will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Niobrara County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Southeast on the 25th.
