Tonawanda scaled the state rankings by moving to 294 from 338 this week, the biggest jump in Section 6 C - North.

Wilson fell to Cleveland Hill 48-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Timothy Walch was a bright spot for the Lakemen, as he threw for 93 yards and ran for 10 yards in the loss.

Aaron Jackson and Brandon Thomas gave the Eagles a balanced attack in passing and rushing last week. Jackson threw for 104 yards and 2 touchdowns, while Thomas ran for 179 yards. Teammate Grayson Taylor added to the ground attack by rushing for 76 yards.

Kevin Daunce was the best wideout in the league this week as Wilson fell to Glen Graham's team. Daunce racked up 5 receptions for 59 yards. Jacob Rice helped Wilson's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 26 yards.

Nathan Auernhamer made the biggest impact on defense this week as Newfane fell to the Warriors. The 6-foot-2 senior.

Thomas provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Eagles defeated William Atlas' team. Thomas' key target this week was Jared Watkins, who caught 2 passes for 56 yards.

Jackson put up the best numbers in passing as Cleveland Hill defeated the Lakemen.

Thomas was the most successful running back in the league this week.

Leading Section 6 C - North in both passing and receiving yards, Wilson's Walch and Daunce have proven to be a lethal combination. Walch has thrown for 399 yards this season, while Daunce, a 6-foot-3 receiver, has 13 catches for 268 yards. The Eagles' Thomas leads the league in rushing yards with 384.

The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Lackawanna takes on second place Cleveland Hill. Last week, Lackawanna topped Kennedy, while Cleveland Hill bested the Lakemen.
