Volleyball Recap: Cristo Rey Research Triangle Comes Up Short

Cristo Rey Research Triangle lost against Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bulls lost 3-0 to the Lion.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-9, 25-4.

Cristo Rey Research Triangle's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-10.

Looking ahead, Cristo Rey Research Triangle will host Northern Durham at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against GRACE Christian on the 18th.
