Volleyball Recap: Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier Takes Down Park River/Fordville-Lankin in a Playoff Battle

With a playoff win on the line, Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier rose to the challenge on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Park River/Fordville-Lankin Aggies as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rangers.

Elli Lloyd paced Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier's offense, picking up 12 kills. Lloyd got some help from Mazie Tjernlund and her 22 assists. Tjernlund was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier's victory bumped their record up to 25-8-3. As for Park River/Fordville-Lankin, with the defeat, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 11-8.

As of now, neither Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier nor the Aggies have any future games scheduled.
