Basketball Recap: Lee County Starts Season with Defeat on the Road + How To Watch

Lee County had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 58-49 to the Monroe Golden Tornadoes on Wednesday. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Golden Tornadoes apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

Lee County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 66-43 win against Dougherty on the 7th. As for Monroe, they have also already played their next matchup, a 60-53 defeat against Westover on the 7th.
