Oakton came tearing into Tuesday's match with ten straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Westfield Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Oakton not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Westfield between 16 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-16, 25-18.

Alex Rucinskas paced Oakton's offense, picking up 15 kills. Rucinskas got some help from Liam Kim and his 26 assists. Alex Vo controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Oakton's win bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Westfield, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

Oakton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against James Madison on the 23rd. As for Westfield, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against South Lakes on the 23rd.
