Basketball Recap: Eau Gallie Commodores vs. Satellite Scorpions
Eau Gallie lost against Satellite back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eau Gallie Commodores were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 52-51 to the Satellite Scorpions. The Commodores have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Eau Gallie still got an impressive performance from Quentin Hardin, who went 9 of 15 en route to 21 points. That's the most points Hardin has posted since back in November of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Cohin Worthy, who went 5 for 7 on his way to 11 points.

Eau Gallie wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 50-44 defeat against Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy on the 23rd. As for Satellite, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 62-42 loss against Bayside on the 22nd.
