Lancaster came tearing into Thursday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Westmoreland Eagles. The Red Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by six runs or more this season.

Lancaster's win bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Westmoreland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-4.

Coming up, Lancaster will square off against Rappahannock at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westmoreland, they will take on King & Queen Central at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
