Volleyball Recap: Springville Comes Up Short

Springville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Hayden Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Springville's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Hayden, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-11 record this season.

Springville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Corner on the 7th. As for Hayden, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Lincoln on the 6th.
