Basketball Recap: Miller County Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Miller County can now relate to. They took a 73-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Terrell County Greenwave on Tuesday. The Pirates have struggled against the Greenwave recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Michael Carter continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Terrell County, putting up 26 points. The matchup was Carter's fourth in a row with at least 21 points. Cordarius Perry was another key player, earning 17 points.

Miller County's loss dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Terrell County, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-12 record this season.
