Bullard barely beat Oakdale the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Knights blew past the Mustangs 12-5 on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won four games by seven runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was Bullard's third in a row) raised their record to 8-1. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Oakdale, their loss dropped their record down to 3-4.

Bullard didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-0 win against Liberty on the 14th. As for Oakdale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 7-6 victory against Hanford West on the 14th.
