Baseball Recap: Kennedy Memorial Mustangs vs. Middletown North Lions

Grant Lorentzen was huge no matter where he played even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over six innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Kennedy Memorial is 5-2 when he allows at most one earned run, but 6-9 otherwise. Lorentzen was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.
Lorentzen wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Michael Rosales, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.
