Basketball Recap: Homestead Starts off Right with Win over Manchester

Homestead gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They breezed past the Manchester Squires to the tune of 82-23. The Spartans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Squires, too.

This is the second loss in a row for Manchester and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Homestead will venture away from home to face off against Warsaw at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Manchester, they will head out to square off against Wawasee at 7:45 p.m. on Friday.
