Football Recap: Petaluma Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Petaluma was riding high fresh off their 50-19 takedown of Napa last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Trojans lost 35-14 to the American Canyon Wolves on Friday. The matchup marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Although Petaluma took the loss, they still got scores from Evan Clarke and Brody Stevens.

Leading American Canyon to victory were Isaac Anderson and Kameron Hunter. Anderson gained 117 total yards and two touchdowns, while Hunter threw for 186 yards and two touchdowns. Those 186 passing yards gave Hunter a new career-high.

Petaluma's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for American Canyon, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-1.
