Baseball Recap: Richland Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Richland's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Dixon Bulldogs on Thursday. The Rebels' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Richland now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Dixon, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Richland will head out to take on Zalma at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Dixon, they will square off against Licking at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Bulldogs' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
